At what intervals should the STEPS cat steps be attached to the wall?

The ideal height depends on your cat—their age, mobility, and confidence. As a rule of thumb, a stretched-out cat's length above the floor is a good starting point. If you prefer to be more precise, 16–28 inches above the floor or other furniture is optimal.

How much weight can the steps bear?

Our cat steps are real little powerhouses and can hold up to 8 kg – ideal for normal-sized and agile cat breeds such as British Shorthairs, Burmese cats, Russian Blues, Siamese cats, or Turkish Angoras. If your cat is a little heavier or likes to jump high, we recommend our XL climbing steps. These can hold up to 12 kg. Please note: The load capacity also depends on the wall structure. The steps are particularly secure on stable concrete or brick walls.

Will my wall even be able to support STEPS?

A very valid question—because the condition of the wall determines the stability of STEPS. It is completely secure on concrete or solid stone walls. For older buildings or plasterboard walls, we recommend asking for suitable wall plugs at your local hardware store. Good to know: High-quality standard wall plugs and screws are included with every order.

Can I exchange the STEPS for the STEPS XL?

Yes, you can replace the STEPS with the STEPS XL at any time. The drill holes are identical, so you don't need to drill new ones.

Mega Hochwertig und dezent

Die Steps sehen so hochwertig aus und die beiden haben Mega viel Platz darauf und an der Wand sind sie so unauffällig und Schön.

Stabile Stufen!

Verarbeitung ist perfekt und die Stabilität ebenfalls. Sie sind optisch sehr schön und wurden direkt vom Kater benutzt. Lediglich finde ich es schade, dass für die Abdeckung der Schrauben nur Papieraufkleber dabei liegen! Die passen nicht zum restlichen hochwertigen Design .Passende Kunststoffkappen gibt es für 2,50 EUR im Baumarkt. Diese sollten beidem Preis definitiv dabei liegen.

Tolle Produkte

Die Qualität und das Design sind toll und in meiner bisherigen Dosenöffnerkarriere kann ich diese Produkte zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Lediglich die mitgelieferten Dübel und Schrauben sind nicht sehr wertig und mussten durch Qualitativeres selbst ersetzt werden.

We are very satisfied with the purchased product. The product is beautifully designed, made of quality material. Most importantly, our cat accepted him even though it was not easy.
By our mistake, we first ordered smaller stairs that were not suitable for our 8-kilogram cat. However, after we replaced the product with steps xl, the cat accepted those steps.
We mounted the stairs on the drywall, for which we needed appropriate screws and dowels for this type of wall. Steps are very strong and safe.
The product exchange procedure and delivery was very correct and fast without any problems.
